Currently, in FS Roma, we possess two productive plants. They are capable to process up to 35 tons of material per month. A number that will be double that within the next 2021-2022 cycle, with the incorporation of more staff and new machinery to process every kind of commercial solutions. This new plant will be located in the adjoining land of Los Duraznos Street.

In our current plant we can count on the ability to develop equipment according to each client special needs and particular challenges.

This highly personalized job, that is also part of our philosophy as a company, is the commitment to our entire job chain.

For every delivery, the processed equipment finally integrates paint covering, rubber, automation and electricity, depending on each need. This means that we can process a whole turnkey equipment delivery.

Our service stands out for the ability of time and way response. We spare no effort in this response to attend urgencies, by opening our plant or going to the field to satisfy every need.

Our plants stand out for their processes and results. They are divided into:

• Boilermaking: Today we have the capacity of making 600 hours/machine per month, with pieces of different dimensions, geometry and special characteristics in materials such as A36 or ACTM36/A72. This is possible because we are certified by the AWS standard. All of our processes are protected and guaranteed by a quality guideline system (quality dossier) regulated by an ITP (quality process to fabricate) or an inspection and testing plan, where we carry out our job.
• Metalworking: This FS ROMA’s production field is divided into CNC machining for high-complexity equipment and the conventional field with moderate complexity. In our workshop we do the work in a CNC lathe. We also have a CNC machining (computer numerical control).

In our plant located in Las Higueras Street, we provide overhauling or machinery improvement. There we are in an exponential growth stage, working with bronze and polymer, and developing metallurgical works from start to finish.
